Have a seat, it's Show and Tell time.

Finally, a perfect visual aid to explain what on earth is going on with my spine. After trying to purchase an extra spine model from my neurosurgeon without luck I found this one that is just as nice as his.Honestly, it helped me to 'see' the discs and nerves that are involved in a way that a 2-D image cannot. It's also pretty cool as a general display and oddity.

A Good Anatomical Model For The Clinic or Classroom

A full size L1-Sacrum Lumbar model that can be used for patient education or teaching students. It can also serve as a model for students studying medical illustration. The model is static in that the segments are in relatively permanent/fixed positions. The only shortcoming of this is the absence of diagram chart. There is a disc trauma displayed in this model - herniation - at the L3-L4 disc space. Unless you need a fully articulating model - which will cost a lot more - this is more than adequate for most educational purposes.
